GENERAL PORT TERMS

○ If the lease is extended the owner will have preference right to purchase the extra year (s).

○ The client will be en tled to re-sell the berth contract at any me

○ Rental income is split 75/25 in the owners favour, if you give the mooring back to the port for more than 40 days this increases to 80/20 in the owners favour.
