La Marina de Valencia - Americas Cup Experience Marina

The arrival of the America's Cup in in Valencia has led to the construction of the Port America's Cup marina beside Malvarossa beach, with 700 berths next to the access channel used by the participating teams and just minutes from where the regattas will take place.

Located in the heart of the city, in the inner basin of the former commercial dock, this has been closed off below the old lifting bridge and a new channel built giving direct access to the sea. The port is Composed of two parts, Marina Norte and Marina Sur, next to America's Cup Park with its restaurants, clubs and bars open 24 hours a day. The new Arts & Sciences Centre is also very close to the marina. Valencia, perfectly connected by rail, air and road, has more than any other city in Spain and as well as being the birthplace of the paella, is famous for dens and its enormous orange groves.
